What we provide
Comprehensive written diagnostics focused on clarity and evidence. Each report is structured so you can understand the assumptions, data sources, and the analytical steps we used.
Company overview
Concise summary of operations, revenue mix, and public disclosures relevant to valuation and strategy.
Financial health snapshot
Key balance-sheet and cash-flow indicators explained in plain language — not financial advice.
Competitive & market context
Industry positioning, competitor signals, and structural headwinds or tailwinds we can identify from public sources.
Risk factors & uncertainty
Transparent list of observable risks and the data points that support them so you can form your own judgment.
Methodology
Our methodology prioritizes traceability and conservative interpretation of public information. Below are common elements in our diagnostic workflow.
- Source mapping — identify and list the public filings, transcripts, and market data used.
- Quantitative filters — common ratio checks (liquidity, leverage, margins) with explicit calculation steps.
- Qualitative signals — management activity, disclosure quality, product portfolio stability.
- Comparative checks — peer benchmarks to give context to raw numbers.
- Confidence notes — each observation is tagged with a confidence level and clear reasons for that level.

How we present evidence
All numbers and charts in our diagnostics include immediate notes about the original source and the date the data was taken. Where multiple public sources disagree, we show both and explain possible reasons for the discrepancy.
1
Gather — Collect public filings, recent financial data, and relevant industry commentary (we always list sources).
2
Analyze — Run standardized checks, document calculations, and form observation statements with confidence tags.
3
Document — Produce a clear diagnostic with numbered findings and an appendix of calculation steps.
4
Deliver — A self-contained written report suitable for personal research and decision-making.
Sample diagnostic snapshot (illustrative only)
Below is an illustrative snapshot showing the style of observations we include. This is not based on a specific company and is only a formatted example.

Calculation notes included in appendix: see sample calculation table on page 3 of the report.
Note: We keep illustrative snapshots concise. The full report provides the computations and source citations supporting each observation.
